About ScandiAvia
ScandiAvia was started in 1995 by Morten Kjellesvig, and since the start the company has assisted with quality, safety and prevention of accidents and incidents in several international airlines and norwegian transport and oil companies. In addition we have made courses for employees and management in handling discrepancies in own organisation. Motivating employees has been one of the successes of ScandiAvia and in the recent years all employees in several firms were motivated by our highly qualified consultants.

ScandiAvia also train investigators in order to fulfill ICAO requirements such as company investigators, assist in building up emergency response manual and organisation, train aircrew in CRM and Threat Error Management. We do initial and recurrent training.
